Roger is a commercially savvy and astute manager with a solid experience in the full range of clinic management activities, with a particular focus on delivering successful outcomes through patient relationship building.

Being a consultant with Ashley and Martin for over fifteen years, Roger’s passion lies in providing exceptional service. Roger’s interest and passion for the pharmaceutical /medical industry began after completing a short medical course in 2003/2004. The course was tailored to give candidates a thorough knowledge of basic medical terminology and a strong understanding of numerous disease areas.

Roger brought to Ashley and Martin a wealth of experience in territory management and a demonstrated ability to advance and prosper through well-developed application of learning. As a result he has successfully worked with a number of general practitioners at the Brisbane clinic as well as treated thousands of hair loss patients in Queensland. Roger has an exceptional knowledge of all type of hair loss conditions and the effective treatment regimen to reverse or treat the condition.
